Why activate your account
Once you've signed up, don't forget to activate your Freshsurvey account. Without activating your account:
- You will not be able to activate surveys and collect responses
- You also not be able to log back into your account. Once the Freshsurvey tab has been closed, you may have to activate your account to access it.
The activation email will feature the subject line, "xxx," and be sent from "YYY@freshworks.com"
If you're unable to find the email or wish to get the activation email re-sent to your email ID, please write to us at support@freshsurvey.io.
Activating your account
Once you've signed up, you will receive an activation email.
Click the 'Activate your account' button in the email. This redirects you to the FreshID page where you can set a password and also activate your account.
