Sign up for Freshsurvey
To sign up for the first time, go to freshsurvey.io and click the 'Sign-up' button.
You can choose to either sign up via Google or add your official email ID and your company name and click on the 'Sign-up' button.
Note: Once you've signed up, it's important that you activate your account. Doing so will allow you to subsequently log in. Un-activated accounts cannot activate and send surveys. Learn more here.
Log in to Freshsurvey
To log into your Freshsurvey account, go to freshsurvey.io and click on the 'Sign in' button. You will need your account’s URL. If you don't have it :

Log in if you've forgotten your account URL
If you've misplaced your Freshsurvey account URL, click the Log-in button, and in the following screen, click the 'Forgot URL' button.

Enter your registered email ID and your URL will be emailed to you.
