Freshsurvey accounts are mapped to a US Pod. If your remaining products are in any other pods, say, EU, you will not be able to merge the products under the same Organization. Freshdesk, for instance, is in the EU pod. Only products in the same Pod can be merged into a common Organization.
I'm unable to move Freshsurvey into my primary Organization
