Migrating from one organization to another has an impact on:

  • Agents
    • Agents will become a part of the new Organization 
  • Log in and passwords
    • The login process followed by the new Organization will apply to your account
  • Agent account activation
    • Agents already part of the new Organization will be unaffected. New additions to the Organization will have to activate their accounts via email and set a new password. These agents will also be logged out of the account.
