Your Freshsurvey account can be accessed via your account URL. Every Freshsurvey account has an account URL that can be accessed by going to Settings > Account management.

Another way to access your account is by visiting the Freshsurvey website ( and clicking the 'Log in' button.

If you are unable to access your account after trying these options, it's possible that you haven't activated your account. Check your registered email for an activation link from us. Once activated, your account is yours to access.
