Surveys in Freshsurvey can be created from templates as well.
- Choose "Template gallery" from the Add new survey screen.
- In the left pane, either search or filter the survey you were looking for. Alternatively, you can choose to select all the "Saved templates" you have in your specific account as well.
- Select the survey you wish to preview in the right pane. The 'Live preview' mode is selected, and you can interact with the chosen template and share responses. These responses will not be recorded anywhere. Selecting 'Show all questions' will allow you to view all the questions included in the template along with all the answer options, as well as the intro and thank-you message.
- To select the specific template, click on the "Use this" button below the selected survey template.
- Give your survey a Name and Description. This should lead you to the survey builder for further customization.
