The global survey limit caps the total number of surveys that can be sent in a month. You can also set limits on the number of times a contact can be surveyed in a given period of time.
Global survey limits on the total number of surveys being triggered
The Survey triggers/month is visible as shown below. Users cannot set a different value. This number will reflect the total number of survey triggers per month at the account level.
Configure global limits on the number of surveys that can be sent to one customer:
1. You can not only specify the number of times a customer can be contacted but also specify the time frame during which the limit can be configured, i.e., once a month, twice a week, etc.
Generating lists for recurring and scheduled surveys
Recurring surveys are those where customers are polled at preset intervals. To comply with the limits set specifying the number of times a contact can be polled, a new list is generated before the survey is rolled out.
Freshsurvey allows you to generate a new list between 2 and 24 hours before a scheduled survey is due to be rolled out.
