Once you’ve configured your survey frequency under schedule, the next step is to pick an audience. 

To pick your survey audience:

1. Choose the audience you would like to send the survey to. You can send the survey to all your contacts, particular lists, or a particular segment.

Note: If the survey frequency or type is set to "Transactional", you don't need to pick an audience. Since the transactional event happens in a different product and the trigger request is ad-hoc, you don't have to pick an audience. 

2. You can choose to add new contacts, create a new list or a new segment, if the need may arise.



3. Once your segment or list is selected, you can either schedule your survey to be sent later or send it right away. Click on 'Activate'
