Deactivated vs unsubscribed list

Unsubscribed contacts are the ones who have opted out of your mailing list by their choice. By doing so, they clearly specify that they no longer wish to receive any email communication from your end.

A deactivated contact is created by a Freshsurvey user. This option comes in handy when there are very sensitive accounts/ customers who should not be disturbed or bothered by your surveys. Or when a contact has specified that they don’t want to be contacted.

Filtered contact view

Under the 'Contact' Tab, on applying filters to segregate specific contacts, users have the option of saving that particular data set as a unique "filtered" contact view.

Once saved, all the filtered views can be accessed by clicking on the hamburger menu at the top left corner of the contacts window.
